Davon Dunajski is a rising young composer, musician, and audio engineer, with several singles, two albums, and significant live performance and recording experience to his credit. He creates music with reckless abandon to feed one’s inner being with joy and authenticity.

Davon’s musical journey began at age four, when his mother gave him his first guitar. It really took off when she gave him his first electric guitar at age thirteen. His love of metal, especially speed metal, was fueled in part by the Guitar Hero craze and his love of Dragonforce. The next phase of his musical exploration was inspired by a classmate who was trying to learn the tapping parts of Steve Vai’s “Building the Church.” Davon found himself excited and enthralled by the challenge of something he couldn’t do. His decision to study music academically was the result of his seeing the Visual Sound Theories performance of Vai’s “For The Love Of God” with Holland

Metropole Orkest. He remembers distinctly the thought of commanding an army of sound with little black dots, and being completely mesmerized by the idea.

In June of 2025, Davon worked with Eastern Oregon University's 45th Parallel ensemble for a live performance of some of his original works, including “At the Altar of God” and “The Boulevard” (a piece written exclusively for orchestra that was a year in the making).

Davon is a strong believer in the authentic self inherent within everyone. This drives his music, his life, and his interactions with others. His joy in life and enthusiasm are contagious and irresistible.
